Permissions

Agenda has the following permissions for manager users:

Permission	Description
agenda_calendars	To show the calendars tab and allow editing the calendars in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_categories	To show the categories tab and allow editing the categories in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_downloads	To show the downloads tab and allow editing the downloads in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_events	To show the events tab and allow editing the events in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_export	To export items in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_feeds	To show the feeds tab and allow editing the feeds in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_images	To show the images tab and allow editing the images in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_import	To import items in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_locations	To show the locations tab and allow editing the locations in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_modules	To edit the Agenda modules in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_overview	To show the overview tab and allow editing the events in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_repeating	To show the repeating event checkbox and the repeat options in the edit/update event of Agenda custom manager page.1
agenda_reset_repeats	To show the reset repeats checkbox in the edit/update event of the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_settings	To edit the Agenda setting in the Agenda custom manager page.
agenda_videos	To show the videos tab and allow editing the videos in the Agenda custom manager page.

The permission check is not executed for sudo users.

1. If you disable the agenda_repeating permission and enable the agenda.default_repeating system setting, set the agenda.default_repeat_type to Custom or 6. Otherwise, you will not be able to save an event because some repeat options are missing and the error message for these options is hidden. ↩
